Personnel development in the Business Area Tobacco is focused on promoting talent and teams as well as further developing the corporate culture. It offers numerous training courses that can be completed alongside professional commitments as well as individual further education opportunities.

Hauni is once again a "5-star training company"

For the second time, Hauni Maschinenbau GmbH was in the leading group of participants of the 2014 competition to find "Hamburg's Best Training Companies". In a prestigious group of Hamburg companies, Hauni was awarded five stars – the highest accolade. Training for other Business Area companies also takes place at the Hamburg-Bergedorf site.

Hauni sports: Hauni wins special award for company sports

Sporting activities, fun and camaraderie – that’s what Hauni sports is all about. In February 2015, Hauni Maschinenbau GmbH was presented with the "Special Award for Company Sports 2014" at the 10th Hamburg Sport Gala in recognition of its decades of commitment in this area. Under the motto "Feel better with Hauni Sports", the company has 25 active sports groups with over 800 members at the Hamburg, Schwarzenbek and Pécs sites.
