21ST CENTURY SALES

In our English-language customer magazine, the focus is on relationships with our customers. Under the title "21st century sales", new key factors in the relationship between suppliers and B2B and B2C customers will be discussed. In particular the challenge around our digital development as well as the vision that we increasingly cooperate with our customers as partners. A report on the Chinese Internet giant "Alibaba" illustrates how a global company can tackle every aspect of sales. In this context, we will provide some initial insights into our new customer portal, which is scheduled to be launched at the end of this year.

Furthermore, we met Estella Gan (Vice President Global Supply Chain Procurement at JTI) for an interview on responsibility and sustainability. We are also presenting our newest innovation, the KDF 2NEO, the future-proof successor to the KDF 2 / 2ER - the world's best-selling filter machine. A more personal look offers the portrait of One Primary CEO Mark Aldridge, who introduces himself and the location Treviso (Italy) with his camera.
