Cut right first time. Vertical slicing of tobacco bales with the TSV does not just mean creating solid slices. The lamina layers are gently loosened in the slices as early as the cutting stage, thereby providing a very constant flow of smaller pieces of tobacco as they travel on their way, via the discharging metering weighbelt, into the downstream loosening and conditioning cylinder, enhancing significantly the process performance.
