Hauni’s latest machine models are all technically equipped for teleservice troubleshooting, allowing Hauni’s service technicians (with your permission, of course) to log into the machine’s control system, analyze the data to identify possible causes and assist with clearing the fault. If your machine belongs to a previous generation we can check whether retrofitting is possible.
