Set-up technician: Process engineering & production procedures with all necessary set-up work.

Main course mechanical maintenance: Process engineering & repair of individual subassemblies with in-depth functional description. 

Basic course electrics / electronics: Basic understanding of the machine's control system. Functional overviews of the line's electrical & electronic set-up. Calibration procedures and independent fault elimination.

Customer specified modular training: In collaboration between customer and Hauni’s technical training centre, individually designed training course to match our customers unique needs.

Mechanical set-up technician: Process engineering & production procedures with all necessary set-up work and daily maintenance. Machine & product predictive troubleshooting topics.

Electrical technician: Advanced course for basic electrical training. Knowledge will be covered in more depth and production experiences will be gone over. Includes machine & product predictive troubleshooting topics.

Technical operator: Process engineering, operational maintenance and troubleshooting with all production functional relationships and understanding of the production procedures.  

Special maintenance training: Hauni maintenance procedures with all necessary set-up work. Machine logbook & spare parts knowledge. Introduction in replacing worn parts in all maintenance schedules up to 9000 hours.
