Hauni's aim is to foster in trainees greater independence, a higher skills level and to raise their awareness of social responsibilities. Early on, trainees are integrated into different departments through process-oriented instruction. They then specialize in particular fields of application by undertaking project work.

Apprenticeship news

• For information on apprenticeship training courses on offer in 2007 go to this page (german only). Maintaining last year's level Hauni is again creating 43 apprenticeship places for trainees and industrial students.
  
• In August 2006, graduate diploma courses were replaced by bachelor degree courses.
• Owing to high demand, all vacancies for pupil work placements in 2007 have been filled. Applications from potential candidates for 2008 should be submitted as of 1st August 2007.
  
• This year Hauni Maschinenbau AG again awarded three degree course scholarships to trainees, in addition to two staff scholarships.
• All trainees and industrial students graduating in 2006 passed their final exams with flying colours.
