Selection procedure

Your application will go through a preselection process according to certain criteria, after which a selection day for applicants takes place lasting one day when we get a chance to get to know you better.

This day is made up as follows:

• Introductions
• Breakfast
• Maths test
• Several short tests designed to give information on general level of education, and analytical and verbal skills.
• Exercises based on group dynamics to test the ability of the applicant to work in a team
• Tour of the factory
• Careers interview

Finally, all applicants are invited to view their test results.
